Our farm and connected butchery have been renamed from Azienda Agricola Biologica Coltellese to Alta Montagna Bio. Although the name has changed, those that know us don’t need to worry; the quality and the standard of our products haven’t changed. With us you will always have the same excellent quality and courtesy! |

Deep in the green and cool countryside, between the “Monti della Laga” and the “Monti Sibillini” natural parks, elevated at just under 3300 feet from sea level, you'll see our stable. Here you can find cattle of all ages, because we believe looking after the entire chain of growth makes us know how our meat is genuine. Ours is not just a business; we see the organic farm as an extension of our family. We grew up in these mountains, as our children are, amongst the cattle young and old. We are used to their presence and they are used to ours. We know and respect each other. We believe in working ethically by being respectful toward our stock. We don’t want just to propose meat, we’re selling great satisfaction to the mouth of our clients.
